OUR CEO

Marissa Bota started RNM Group back in 2017 as an HR compliance consultant for an outpatient treatment facility. Since 2017, Marissa and RNM Group has assisted multiple treatment facilities start-up, attain their state licenses, accreditations, build and maintain staff companies across multiple states, assist with new business acquisitions and business sales, as well as provide outsourced HR assistance across multiple industries.

Marissa has helped other entrepreneurs create, plan and bring to life their dream businesses. Aside from creating and managing RNM Group, Marissa has been an entrepreneur since the age of 18 when she first began and operated her own Martial Arts Academy.

RNM Group began in 2017, offering consulting assistance to Substance Abuse Treatment Centers.

Our services began with creating and maintaining the human resource department with our first client and flourished into providing consulting services towards licensing and accreditation as well as operational analysis and strategic planning for the future.

We service various industries including Health Care (including Mental Health Clinics and Substance Abuse), Retail and Transportation.

Our focus is is to assist in building an efficient and results-driven relationship with our clients. We work with you to create a customized plan of action for yourself or your organization.
